This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No.21359 of 2024, under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., Police Station- Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that it is a case wherein an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved by the applicant, which has been treated as a complaint case vide order 24.4.2024. It is further submitted that primary evidence has been adduced by the applicant/ complainant and the case is pending for long on the point of hearing on summoning, this creating a delay in the proceeding and disposal of the case. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 6. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to pass suitable order on the point of summoning in the matter in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, and thereafter all endeavour shall be made for expeditious disposal of the case, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
