Hossain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel for the State are present. 2. The matter is posted under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟. Both the parties have fairly submitted that in the second line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 04.09.2025, the expression “with regard to cancel” is used in place of “with regard to cancellation of”. Further, in the last line of paragraph 7, the word “demolition” is used in place of “cancellation”. Correction to this extent is prayed for. 3. The prayer is reasonable and accepted. The expression “with regard to cancel” shall stand substituted as “with regard to cancellation of” in paragraph 2, and the word “demolition” shall stand substituted as “cancellation” in paragraph 7 of the order dated 04.09.2025. 4.
