This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Orders, Direction or Directions declaring the action of the 1st respondent in converting the petitioners into engagement through outsourcing system with effect from 20.12.2016 without any notice and without passing any order as arbitrary, unreasonable and unconstitutional and to direct the respondents to continue the petitioners in service in the 3rd respondent temple by extending the benefits of Pay Revision from time to time and pass such other order or orders…...”

2. Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the relief in the present writ petition has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of.
3. Ms.V.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for TTD is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
