That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from Police Station-Basantpur C.G. 2. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR dated 11-09- 2023, which is registered at police Station Basantpur as Crime No.139/2023 District-Balrampur - Ramanujganj,C.G.for the offences under sections 427 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and offence under section 3 of the prevention of the damage to public Property Act 1984 in respect of the petitioner, in the interest of Justice. 3. That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of Justice.. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as in the present case charges have been framed against the petitioner. 4. Permission is granted. 5.
