Y KOTESWARA RAO The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries to the Petitioner from 4.8.2016 to 29.6.2017 inspite of the termination order being set aside in W.P.No. 29464 of 2016 dt.15.3.2017 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the salaries to the Petitioner from 4.8.2016 to 29.6.2017.” 2. Learned counsel would submit that a direction may be given to Respondent No.1 for disposal of the representation of the Petitioner dated 22.01.2018. 3. None represented for the Respondents. 4.
