2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 18 of 2024 arising out of Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8908 of 2024 by order dated 16.10.2024. 4. The Informant Manisha Prakash was added in the WhatsApp Group of Tata Investment Club, which dealt in the investment in share market. At the instance of Tata Investment Club, she deposited a total amount of Rs. 26,90,901.68 (Rupees Twenty-Six Lakh Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred one and Sixty-Eight Paise). Subsequently, the entire money was misappropriated. This firm was being operated by the co-accused Amit Kumar Agarwal. 5. It was submitted that the entire money was transferred to the account of co- accused Amit Kumar Agarwal. It was further submitted that the petitioner works in the office of the co-accused Amit Kumar Agarwal. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the account of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the co-accused Ashish Kumar has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 6020 of 2025. 6. Report regarding the stage of trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that out of eight charge sheeted witnesses, only one witness has been examined till date. It further appears that the petitioner is in custody since
06.06.2024. 2. 7. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 18 of 2024 arising out of Cyber Crime P.S.
