SRINIVAS MANCHANAPALLI The Court made the following ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in D.V.C.No.61 of 2022 on the file of Special Judicial I class Magistrate (Mobile), Eluru. 2. Heard Sri P.R.K.Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Srinivas Manchanapalli, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent No.4 is in attendance. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 before the Trial Court without causing any prejudice to the contentions raised in the present petition. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal petition is disposed of. However, the presence of the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless their presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court.
