ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.1/2018-19 dated 3.8.2018 issued by the 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, malafide and unreasonable and contrary to the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14,16, and 21 of the Constitution of India and also without properly considering the explanation dated 24-7-2018 submitted by the petitioner and consequently set aside the proceedings in Rc.No.1/2018-19 dated 3.8.2018 and pass ...”
