Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
This is an application seeking impleadment of the applicant in CRP No.28 of 2024 as a respondent. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that CRP No.28 of 2024 involves a project of which the applicant is the implementing agency and hence, any order passed in the revision petition would have a bearing on the applicant.
Mr. A.S. Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, the petitioner in CRP No.28 of 2024, has no objection to the prayer for impleadment. Similarly, the learned counsels appearing for the other respondents also have no objection.
In view of the above, this application stands allowed.
The applicant be impleaded as the respondent No.6 in CRP No.28 of 2024.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 shall take appropriate steps for impleadment.
This application stands disposed of.
