Mr. Vivek Negi and Mr. Vishwas Kaushal, Advocates, for respondent No.4. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): While placing on record communication dated 09.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, Karsog Division, HPPWD, Karsog, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that respondents are ready and willing to remove the debris/muck, which was allegedly thrown on the land of the petitioner, during the construction of Tattapani Shakra Bindla road. He states that respondents have started the work on 08.12.2025 for the removal of muck/debris from the land of the petitioner by deploying the labour and tools at the site. Since site in question is rocky and inaccessible, entire work is to be carried out manually through departmental labour within a period of three months. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents/State to ensure that entire muck and debris, thrown on the land of the petitioner, during the construction of Tattapani Shakra Bindla road, is removed expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, qua the surviving grievance, if any. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
