The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming the following relief(s):- SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.08.02 11:23:38 +0530 2 “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to consider and decide the representation dated 13.06.2025 (Annexure P3) of the petitioner after giving proper opportunity of hearing to her. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities not to consider the workplace of petitioner i.e., at Government Schedule Caste Girls Hostel, Indauri, Dist Kabirdham to be vacant. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to allow the petitioner to work as hostel superintendent at Government Schedule Caste Girls Hostel, Indauri, District- Kabirdham where she is presently posted, in the interest of justice. 10.5 That, any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to the extent that the petitioner is presently working as In-charge Hostel Superintendent, Government Schedule Caste Girls Hostel, Indauri, District- Kabirdham and now the promotion on the post of Hostel Superintendent Grade C from the post of Hostel Superintendent Grade D is under process and for the consideration of the petitioner she made a representation on 13-06-2025 before respondent No.2, but the same has not been considered till date and respondent No.2 may be directed to consider her pending representation within a stipulated time frame in accordance with law. 3. On the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner learned 3 counsel appearing for the State has no objection that if such a direction is made to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 13-06-2025 (Annexure-P/3) within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits. 6. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before respondent No.2 within a week from today. 7. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
