While placing on record communication dated 11.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Engineer-in-Chief, HP PWD, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 11.11.2025 passed by Engineer-in-Chief, HPPWD Nigam Vihar, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands complied with. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that office of Land Acquisition Collector, Shimla has been directed to refix the pay of the petitioner, in terms of judgment, sought to be executed. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Needless to say, consequential benefits, in terms of refixation of pay, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within two months from today.
