This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) शददय नययययलय दयरय परमयददश पकक तत मम आददश, अथवय तनदरश पयररत कर तवपकक ससखयय 1 ( अपर आययक (नययतयक) पययगरयज मणडल पययगरयज) कक तनदरतशत तकयय जयवद तक ययतचकयकतयर/ अपकलकतयर दयरय पसतयत (तवचयरयधकन) अपकल ससखयय 1620/2023, कमपययटरककक त वयद ससखयय C 202302000001620, बमयकदमय हहससलय पसयद बनयम रयम कय मयर आतद, अनतगरत धयरय 24 (4) उतर पददश रयजसव ससतहतय 2006, पर यथय शकघ सयनवयई हदतय उतचत आजय पयररत तकयद जयनद हदतय आजय पयररत तकयद जयनद कक अनयकमपय कक जयवम ।" 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that appeal is pending since 2023 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.1 - Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Mandal, Prayagraj to consider and decide the appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the opposite parties, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
