This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be please to direct the Principal Judge Family Court Meerut to expeditiously decide the Case No. 51 of 2020 (Vijaypal Versus Pushpa Devi & others) Under section 7/25 Guardianship & Wards Act, same is still pending since 01.12.2020 before Principal Judge Family Court Meerut, within stipulated time granted by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that case under Section 7/25 of Guardians and Wards Act was filed on 01.12.2020, which is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the Case No. 51 of 2020 (Vijaypal vs. Pushpa Devi & others) in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
