GP FOR INDUSTRIES COMMERCE (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “….to issue an appropriate Writ, Direction or Order one in the nature of writ of Mandamus i) To set aside the Order of Respondent No.1 dated 20.07.2015 bearing No.4458/R21/AH/NLR/2015 and consequential Demand Notice dated 12.08.2015 bearing No 144/Power Plant NgN1r/2012 issued by the Respondent No.2 to the Petitioner Company as violative of Rule 26 of the A.P Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 and illegal, arbitrary unreasonable and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and the principles of natural justice ii) and pass such other orders as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the extraordinary circumstances of the case in the interests of justice.” 2. On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 20.01.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 27.01.2025 as a last chance. 3. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
