One of the reasons why Joint Charity Commissioner rejected Petitioner’s revision was for delay of 56 long years in filing the proceeding to challenge the nature of the Trust from public to private. 3) Considering the conduct of the Petitioner in initiating the proceedings after 56 long years, I am not inclined to exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4) Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
