ORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioner/ Accused No. 6, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against her in C.C.No. 547 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadiri.
2. Heard Sri O. Udaya Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.Karibasaiah, learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, by dispensing the presence of the petitioner/A6 before the Trial Court.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal petition is disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. However, the presence of the petitioner/Accused No.6 before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless her presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial

Court in her defence. Learned Trial Judge may appreciate the same and take appropriate decision according to law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
