By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authority to consider and decide the objection of the villagers to the effect that Gram Panchayat Gidhwa has been included in the Nagar Panchayat Dhadhi, District- Bemetara (C.G.) 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner is still before the SDO (R) by which they have submitted their objection to the inclusion of the Gram Panchayat Gidhwa in Nagar Panchayat Dhadhi, District- Bemetara (C.G.). 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the representation/objection of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, if it is pending before the SDO (R). 4. I have heard both the counsels for the parties and perused the documents. 5. On persual of the pleadings of the petitioner as well as the document placed by the petitioner, particularly (Annexure P/5) i.e. the objection raised by the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat Gidhwa to the SDO (R) dated 08.08.2023, It is directed that SDO (R) shall consider the objection/representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days, if not decided.
