No. 37048 of 2025 is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and was listed on 4.9.2025. Since the matter is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, therefore, it will be highly inappropriate for this Court to entertain this application as it would amount to overreaching the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
