The present MCC has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 22.07.2025 passed 2 in WPS No.7292 of 2025. The modification sought for in the present MCC is that though the writ petition was disposed of with certain direction to Director Public Instructions to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2025 in objective manner, however inadvertently due to typographical mistake the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn, and further the direction part was omitted in the said order. Therefore, the counsel for the petitioner prays for modification of the said order dated 22.07.2025. The modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and paragraph -4 of the order dated 22.07.2025 passed in WPS No.7292 of 2025 is substituted as under : “Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of.
