Case No. 162 of 2023, for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 342, 325, 326 & 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. On 21/23.05.2023, Nephew of the Informant namely Shishupal Yadav was assaulted by unknown persons near Maithan Road, due to which, he succumbed to the injuries. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Meghnath Dhibar @ Meghnath Dhiwar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9117/2024. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Chirkunda P.S.
