Ms. No. 12, Higher Education (CE-A2) Department, dated 10.03.2021 issued as per the Common Judgement passed in W.A. No. 263 of 2019 and batch, dated 31.07.2020, G.O. Ms. No. 12, School Education (IE) Department, dated 24.02.2021 is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to consider the cases of the petitioners for regularization/absorpt ion in their respective cadre with all consequential benefits as the petitioners are working in clear aided retire-mental existing vacancies from the date of their initial appointment (08 years) in view of the Common Judgement passed in W.A. No. 263 of 2019 and batch, dated 31.07.2020 by extending the benefit of G.O. Ms. No. 12, Higher Education (CE-A2) Department, dated 10.03.2021, G.O. No. 1354 of 2025 Department, dated 10.03.2021 issued as per the Common Judgement passed in W.A. Ill for the Assistant Government Pleader for Services respondents. Both counsels submit that the issue involved in the present 3. writ petition is identical to the one involved in W.A. NO. 1193 of 2023 and batch, dated 23.08.2024. Further also placed reliance on the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 1337 of 2025 and 3 CGR,J W.P. No.l354of 2025 batch, dated 04.02.2025, which by referring to the orders passed in the above said W.A., disposed of the respective cases. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common judgement dated 23.08.2024 in W.A. No. 1193 of 2023 and batch with the following directions: The petitioners shall submit individual applications to the respondents within six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order along with relevant annexures, such as the appointment letter, service record if any available with the respondents and any other document relating to their claim for absorption into aided posts. Learned respondents 1 to 3 shall pass appropriate orders preferably within eight weeks after receipt of such representations strictly as per rules. No order as to costs.
