He submits that interest of justice would be served in case the Authority concerned is directed to decide the representation within a time bound period after hearing the petitioners and after taking into consideration Annexure R-1 appended with the reply filed by respondent No.3, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Shimla, H.P. Ordered accordingly. 3. Let the representation of the petitioners be decided by the Competent Authority after hearing the petitioners within six weeks from today in view of the reply of respondent No.3.
