Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it has come to the notice that after placing reliance upon judgment in case of Sudesh Kumar Goyal Vs. State of Haryana : (2023) 10 SCC 54, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has dismissed S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11736/2025 (Hemlata Sharma Vs. The State of Rajasthan and Ors.) on 28.08.2025. The findings clearly indicate that once the candidates join in pursuant to their selection, the vacancies are exhausted and there is no right in favour of the reserve list or waiting list candidates. 3.
