1. Heard Ms. Mahima Chandra holding brief of Mr. Rahul Agrawal,
learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with following prayers :-
“It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the First Information Report bearing No. 120/2020 (Annexure P-1), and also the further charge sheet bearing No. 187/2022, lodged against the petitioners before Police Station Ratanpur, District-Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that she wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the order framing charges.
4. On the other hand, learned State counsel submitted that the case is fixed for prosecution witnesses.
5. In that view of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the
