The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 369/2024 arising out of Gawan P.S. Case No. 37/2023, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-VI, Giridih. 3. On 02.04.2023, petitioner is alleged to have murdered his wife in her matrimonial home. He told his son that he assaulted his wife due to which she died. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2023. It was further submitted that charge has been framed in this case in August, 2023 but prosecution has not examined any witness. 5.
