When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the subsequent developments in the lis, the petitioner’s services were regularized in the respondent Bank. The learned counsel, however, submits that he has no information about the petitioner’s benefits.
The learned counsel, while submitting that no further cause survives in the matter, states that the matter may be closed with a liberty to seek recourse to law, if there is any discrepancy with regard to regularization benefits. 2. Smt. V. Uma Devi, learned counsel for the respondent Bank, is present through virtual mode. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek recourse to law, if so advised. 3
