2. The petitioners/plaintiffs have filed the suit for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from widening the schedule mentioned 10 feet lane to 20 feet and for costs. The suit has been filed in the year 2024. The contention of the petitioners is that the first petitioners is aged 61 years and in the suit till date issues have not been framed and the respondents/defendants are protracting the suit proceedings. Hence, seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit. 3.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned II Additional District Munsif, Salem is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.316 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
