By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be 2 pleased to direct the respondent authorities to restrain the respondent no. 6 to alienate the above stated land in small pieces to anyone. 2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order in favour of the petitioner. ” 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 6 is selling his land by making illegal plotting through the land broker and due to that the petitioner is sustaining huge loss and if all the plots has been sold by the respondent no. 6 by making illegal plotting then the road of the petitioner will be blocked and the water wihich was supplied by the canal from the Government will be badly affected and petitioner would fail to make fencing around his land. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that no right of the petitioner is being aggrieved and the present petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 6. Taking into consideration the above-stated facts, there is no good ground to entertain this petition as there is no infringement of rights of the petitioner.
