The challenge of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the transfer order dated 18.07.2025, whereby he has been transferred from ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.08.05 11:30:10 +0530 2 Shaheed Gundadhoor Agriculture College and Research Centre, Jagdalpur to Agriculture College and Research Centre, Pakhanjoor. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no Agriculture College exist at Pakhanjoor yet he has been transferred at Pakhanjoor. Against his transfer he has moved his representation on 21.07.2025 to the respondent No. 3 which has not been decided till date, therefore, authority may be directed to consider his representation dated 21.07.2025 (annexure P/6) within stipulated time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 & 3 on instruction would submit that a new Agriculture College and Research Centre has been opened at Pakhanjoor for which the petitioner has been transferred from Jagdalpur to Pakhanjoor on administrative exigency, the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 is not applicable to the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (IGKV) as the same is an autonomous body. Though he opposes on merits, however, he would submit that he has no objection, if such a direction is being made to the authorities concerned to decide the pending representation dated 21.07.2025 (annexure P/6) within reasonable time frame. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and further considering the representation of the petitioner is pending since 21.07.2025, the respondent No. 3 is directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits. Till the decision is being taken on the representation dated 3 21.07.2025, status quo as on today shall be maintained by parties with respect to the posting of the petitioner. 6.
