Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. -3 and 4 to decide the petitioner's respective applications moved before them on 17/02/2025, 27/02/2025 and 18/03/2025 (collectively filed as Annexure No. - 5 to the writ petition) and the last reminder dated 21/03/2025 (filed as Annexure No.-6 to the writ petition) and take a decision regarding the petitioner's grievances raised thereunder." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that claim of the petitioner for being nominee in the service book of the husband - respondent no. 7 is pending consideration and the same may be decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that earlier there was an order directing that the petitioner be made nominee in the service book of the husband, however, the aforesaid order has been stayed by this Court by order dated 10.2.2021 passed in Writ- A No. 2253 of 2021. 4. It is to be seen that once this Court is already considering the issue in previous writ petition filed by the husband, the petitioner always has a remedy of seeking intervention in the earlier writ petition. The present writ petition for direction to the respondents cannot be granted as there is a stay by order dated 10.2.2021 passed in Writ A No. 2253 of 2021. 5. The writ petition is dismissed.
