The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17(a), 21(a), 22(a), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla. 3. It was submitted that 4.23 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of small quantity. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Dumri P.S.
