2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking following reliefs :-
“A) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly quash and set-aside the FIR No. 111 of 2021, Dated : 12/02/2021, registered with Supela Thana, for the offence punishable under section 467, 468, 471, 471 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice.” B) That any other relief Hon’ble Court deems feet may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
4. On the other hand, learned State counsel has submitted that the trial of the petitioner has already been concluded and the petitioner was absconding through out the trial.
5. In view of the same, the present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty. Sd/- Sd/-
