The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents not considering the case of petitioner(working as Mini Anganwadi Worker Ballekatta Village) for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Worker, B.T.Palli Village, Gudibanda Mandal, Ananthapuram District as arbitrary, illegal against Art.14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass……”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Veeramani,
learned counsel, would submit that learned counsel for the petitioner on record has become Government Pleader and there is a need for change of vakalath.
3. At this juncture, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that no further orders are required in this matter, since the petitioner has been promoted as an anganwadi worker.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
