While placing on record communication dated 18.12.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, enclosing therewith certain documents, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that pension benefit has already been granted to the petitioner vide letter dated 13.12.2024 and thereafter, Block Elementary Education, Kullu-1 (Shamshi) vide letter dated 11.3.2025, has submitted the case of the revised DCRG to the Accountant General Himachal Pradesh, but sanction of revised DCRG has been not received in Block Elementary Education Office. However, pension has already been granted to the petitioner by the Accountant General vide Pension Payment Order No. 1125231434. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings, accordingly, present application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that revised DCRG, increments as also arrears of salary and pension and other incidental benefits on account of revision if not already paid, be paid to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within two months. It is clarified that though Hon’ble Apex Court has stayed the orders 4.4.2025 and 19.9.2025 in cases titled State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. v. Ram Chand and Ors. and SLP(C) Diary No. 32886 of 2025 titled as State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. v. Narayan Dutt Sharma and Ors., but same are not applicable to the case of the applicant/petitioner. Liberty is reserved to the applicant/petitioner to get the present petition revived in case needful in terms of instant order is not done well within time.
