Case No. 61 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of the B.N.S., Sections 12(1), 12(2) of the Jharkhand Bovine Animals (Prohibition of Slaugther) Act, 2005 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. On 14.07.2025, at about 12:40 noon, Kolebira Police, on the basis of confidential information intercepted a pick-up van bearing Registration No. JH05P-3333 from a place near Fikpani Main Road, Kolebira. On search, five cattle were recovered from the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Kolebira P.S.
