1. The present petition is filed by the petitioners with following relief(s):
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased direct the respondents, to carry out the demarcation of the lands bearing Khasra No.190/2 and 189/2 admeasuring 0.206 Hectares and 0.141 Hectares respectively situated at Village Sanda, Patwari Halka No.1, Revenue Inspector Circle Baramkela, Tehsil- Baramkela, District- Sarangarh Bilaigarh, (C.G.) and conclude the proceedings of Demarcation case bearing revenue case no.202507320400004 registered under the heading A-12 for the year 2024-25 as expeditiously as possible preferably within such time period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That Hon'ble Court be further pleased to pass such other order or orders, direction or directions, writ or writs, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the
facts and circumstances of the case may also be issued
3 in favour of the petitioner against the respondents including the cost of litigation, etc.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that this petition is being preferred seeking a direction to the Respondents to carry out the demarcation expeditiously and conclude the proceedings of the demarcation revenue bearing case no.202507320400004 registered under the heading A-12 for the year 2024-25 pending before the Respondent No.4. Petitioner has purchased the lands bearing Khasra No.190/2 and 189/2 admeasuring 0.206 Hectares and 0.141 Hectares respectively situated at Village Sanda, Patwari Halka No.1, Revenue Inspector Circle Baramkela, Tehsil Baramkela, District Sarangarh Bilaigarh vide registered sale deed dated 08/05/2025 and thereafter he filed application for demarcation of the lands however the demarcation has not been carried out till date. Hence this petition.
3. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection on the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
5. Considering the facts of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the parties, at this stage this petition is disposed of by directing to respondents No.4 to 6 to conclude the demarcation
4 proceedings of the land of the petitioner bearing khasra Nos. 190/2 and 189/2 admeasuring area 0.206 hectare and 0.141 hectare respectively situated at Village Sanda, Patwari Halka No.1, Revenue Inspector Circle Baramkela, Tehsil Baramkela, District Sarangarh Bilaigarh (C.G.) in presence of the petitioner and other affected persons/parties, expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of ‘60 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
