Priya Shrestha, Special P.P. ----- 02/28.01.2025 Heard the parties The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 339/2024 arising out of Naodiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 03/2024, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau, Daltonganj. On 31.01.2024, at about 06:30 P.M., 16 years old daughter of the informant was enticed away by accused Pankaj Kumar. On 05.01.2024, her dead body was recovered. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co- accused. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt. From the impugned order, it also appears that the accused persons including the petitioner have confessed their guilt. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
