The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bishunpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla. 3. On 03.07.2025, at about 09:00 P.M., the informant came to know that Vivek Oraon was strangulated to death near Gungatoli Banari. Suspicion has been raised against named accused persons that due to family dispute, they might have committed his murder. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., he has been made an accused only on the basis of suspicion. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner or on his pointing out. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Bishunpur P.S.
