Heard learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the orders dated 15.04.2014, the suspension of the petitioner were revoked after completion of the enquiry as contemplated under the Act. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has already redressed by the respondents. Therefore, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and the matter becomes infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
