Gupta, Advocate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Due to the typographical errors in the judgment dated 17.11.2025 concerning nature of petition referred to as Execution Petition instead of Contempt Petition, the same is recalled and restored to its original number. 2. Heard. 3. Learned vice counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record copies of office letters and on that basis submits that save & except the interest component, all other retiral benefits admissible to the petitioners have now been released in their favour. That the interest component on account of delayed payment of 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 retiral benefits shall also be released to the petitioners within six weeks, i.e. by or before 30.12.2025. In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are closed with hope and trust that the respondents shall abide by their assurance and will release the interest component to the petitioners by or before 30.12.2025. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
