Case No.41 of 2025 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh arising out of Bhasma P.S. Case No.29 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 109/126(2)/303(2)/3(5) of BNS read with Section 25/27 of Arms Act. 3. This is the second journey of the Petitioner to this Court. By order dated 15.04.2025 in ABLAPL No.1737 of 2025, this Court was not inclined to entertain the application. Taking into account the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner which run thus:- “a. Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No.151, dtd.18.04.2020, U/s.52(a) Odisha Excise Act b. Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No.302, dtd.08.11.2024 U/s.309 BNS” 4 Since there is no change in the circumstance, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for pre-arrest bail. 5.
