Sandhawalia Chief Justice (Oral) As per office order dated 22nd July, 2025, passed by the Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Circle Chamba, the petitioner is entitled for pension w.e.f. 01.01.2018 and necessary directions were issued to initiate the pension paper. 2. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, has placed on record pension papers, whereby the pension is being granted w.e.f. 01.01.2018 to the petitioner who had retired on 31.12.2010. 3. In these circumstances, the present execution petition has been rendered infructuous. However, it is made clear 2 that arrears, if any, to be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. ( G.S.
