The very fact that the petitioner came to quote shockingly un-realistic rate of Rs. 22 per patient per day diet, meaning thereby three times a day, for participation in the current ongoing tendering process in terms of its Serial No. 132 2 WP(C) No. 1789/2025 financial bid is itself a good ground to dismiss this writ petition which is a pointer to the fact that the only aim of which is to sabotage the ongoing tendering process which has been undertaken by the Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri and that is the reason that the petitioner was even put to a communication No. GMCR/PS/2024-25/584-87 dated 04.06.2025 by the Member Secretary, Tender Committee, Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri to account for how at the rate of Rs. 22/- per day three times meal/diet to ward patients in the hospital could be provided. 02. In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. 03. Copy of this order be sent to the Principal Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri through Registrar Judicial, Jammu for notice and record.
