The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is, therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may please to allow the revision and set aside the order dated 02/11/2017 passed by RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 learned family court, Mahasamund in Misc Criminal Case No.181/2016 and also directed the respondent to pay award of maintenance which is fixed as Rs. 3500/- by the learned family court in favour of applicants on 28/03/2016, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
