ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the in action of the respondents in absorbing the petitioner into the existing aided vacant post of

Economics in the 4th respondent college as illegl, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to regularise the services of the petitioner in the existing vacant aided posts of lecturer in Economics.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education would submit that the Petitioner died and filed Death Certificate to that effect.
3. Sri T.V.V.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no
order as to costs.
