The petitioner challenged the impugned proceedings dated 27.05.2016, issued by the respondent authorities, appointing a managing committee consisting of members headed by Shaik Jameel Basha as President, along with six others, for a period of two years for the institution Eidgah Masjid, Kandukur Town, located in Sy. No. 875/1A, situated at Punnam Katta, Pamuru Road, Kandukur Mandal, Prakasam District. Since the appointed term of the managing committee was only two years, which has already lapsed, no further adjudication is necessary in the present case. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
