Baradari, District Bareilly. 4. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.8.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 30161 of 2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous. 6.
