The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 109 and 232(1) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 6260/2025, by order dated 29.07.2025, with the liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months. On 18.05.2025 at about 9:30 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have fired outside the house of the informant to deter him from deposing as a witness in a case relating to Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No. 96/2024. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S.
