1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer.: A. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 consider the representations dated 08.03.2018 and 30.03.2018 vide annexure-"C" and "C1" respectively.
B. Issue any writ or direction as this Hon’ble court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.
2. The petitioner is an Associate Professor, who had worked with respondent No.3. The petitioner submits a representation seeking experience certificate which did not merit
consideration at the hands of respondent No.3. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court in the subject petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if the representation has not yet been considered, the same would be considered with an outer limit of 12 weeks

from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In the event it is considered, it is open to the petitioner to avail of such remedy as available in law.
